Prices and availability shown or described on this site are general guidance, not a binding offer. Your rental is confirmed when we agree on the equipment, dates, placement and price for your specific job. We will confirm those details with you before delivery.
Delivery, placement and access
You are responsible for making sure the delivery location is safe and reachable, that the ground is suitable for placement, and that our truck has clear access on the delivery and pickup dates. Delivery windows depend on routing and conditions and can shift.
Servicing and use
Standard rentals include the servicing described in your quote. The equipment stays our property throughout the rental. You are responsible for damage beyond normal use and for anything placed in a unit or dumpster that does not belong there.
Payment and changes
Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Charges may apply for extra servicing, difficult access, extended rental periods, relocation, or damage. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as early as you can and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, Pflugerville Porta Pros is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the rental or service the claim relates to.
